I know I’m always preaching about parents never taking the time to be photographed by themselves after the wedding is long over.  Which is why during most family sessions I like to pull them to the side to capture a few images of just the two of them so they can remember where it all started.  April and Brandon both knew the value of that so they booked a couples session with me and I was thrilled at the opportunity to work with them.  Yes, you read that right.  They decided to leave the kid at home and focused their session on just the two of them which I think is absolutely beautiful!  Sometimes you just have to take things back to where they began.

We met in Rock Hill, SC at beautiful and scenic Glencairn Garden and had a great time snapping and laughing along the way.  They are seriously the CUTEST couple and I could see from just the hour that I spent with them how in love they are and how they were drawn to each other.  Laughter is one of the most important parts of a relationship in my opinion.  After your looks fade away and you can’t go out and about and do the things you used to do, the ability to laugh and have fun in one another’s presence remains and that’s exactly what April and Brandon share.  Being around them for such a short period of time was so much fun for me and I hope I have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.  And if you’re looking to book a session for you and your significant other I would love the chance to talk to you!  Email me today so that we can discuss your love story session or how we can capture your family as a whole and then sneak you two away for a few images!!
