While most of my branding sessions center around individuals, every once in a while I’m asked to capture a team for their company website and marketing materials. Incorporating your team members in your next branding photoshoot is a great way to showcase the personality and culture of your company and here are some tips to help you do it successfully:
- Plan ahead: Before the photoshoot, make sure to communicate with your team members to let them know what to expect. Share the vision and goals for the photoshoot, and ask for their input and ideas.
- Choose the right location: Pick a location that reflects your company’s personality and culture. Whether it’s your office or a nearby park, make sure the space is well-lit and has a clean background.
- Coordinate outfits: Choose a color scheme or theme for your outfits to ensure that everyone looks cohesive in the photos. Make sure to communicate this ahead of time to your team members so they can dress accordingly.
- Have fun: Encourage your team members to have fun and be themselves during the photoshoot. This will help to capture genuine moments and showcase the personality of your company.
- Use the photos wisely: Once you have the photos, use them on your company’s website, social media pages, and other marketing materials to showcase your team and the culture of your company.
By following these tips, you can create a successful photoshoot that reflects your brand and engages your audience. And if you have a small team that you’d like to have captured then I’d love to chat with you! Fill out my contact form to see if we’re a good fit for one another!
