Katrina H. | Baxter Village Session
I was so excited to get Dr. Katrina H. back in front of my lens! We had worked together a few times previously when she lived in South Carolina, so of course when she broke the news to me that she was moving I was sad that I may never have the chance to work with her again, but at the time she told me she’d be coming home regularly and we would definitely link up. And she kept true to her word! I’ve had one opportunity so far this year to work alongside her and she’s always such a joy to be around and truly gives off great energy. And now that she’s one of my Echo Collection clients I’ll have the chance to work with her and see her more consistently which I’m super excited about. Our next session is already scheduled for later this year right before I go on my 4 week shooting hiatus and I can’t wait!
This session took place in Baxter Village located in Fort Mill, SC. It’s a quaint little neighborhood filled with restaurants, businesses and shops. It’s actually the second time I’ve shot there and also the second time it rained. I’m determined to shoot there again one day when my client and I can take full advantage of what it has to offer because the entire vibe there is suited so well for branding and blogging clients. Even though we weren’t able to get any shots along the sidewalks we did manage to make the rain work in our favor. After shooting a few images outside under covered rooftops, we slipped inside of Cupcrazed Cakery which was gracious enough to allow us to shoot there and we had a lot of fun eating their goodies afterwards. If you’re ever in the Fort Mill area I highly suggest you check them out! And if you’re in need of branding images on a consistent basis then I’d love for you to check out my Echo Collection package.
