This past weekend my eagerly anticipated Fall Mini Sessions took place! I love mini sessions because it allows me to fit more clients into my busy fall schedule and I usually get the opportunity to work with some great, new clients. This year did not disappoint! I opted to do things a little differently to give my clients a bit of a new experience. Typically my minis take place at the beautiful Glencairn Garden in Rock Hill, SC, but this year I opted to switch things up so I moved the sessions to a wonderful farm in Fort Mill, SC. I knew the background would be gorgeous since I’d shot at this location a couple of times previously. The leaves were beginning to change colors on the trees and it made for the perfect backdrop for fall.
My first two session of the morning, which I’ll be highlighting in today’s post featured two families that I had the opportunity to work with before. First up was the Robinson Family. Last Christmas I shot only Logan and Caden (the two youngest Robinsons), but this year the entire family got in on the action. Mom, Adrienne, indicated that they haven’t had family photos taken in years so I was honored they would choose me as their photographer for capturing such a wonderful time in their lives. They were great to work with and Adrienne had everyone looking fabulous!
My second session of the day was with the Cureton Family. Mom, Shay, has been a staple during my mini sessions for the last 3 years in a row. But once again this was the first time her and dad participated in the session. Before then it was just adorable little Arrianna. It’s been amazing to watch Arrianna grow in front of my camera and each year she’s as sweet and photogenic as ever! Having worked with Shay’s sister and her family earlier in the year I must say they have the most beautiful and well-behaved children! I keep telling them modeling is in their future. I look forward to working with Shay and her family for many years to come!
Stay tuned for the remaining mini sessions next week!
